TiTAN LTD provides Cleaning, Maintenance, Security, Gardener, Pest Control, Maid, Driver, and Home Care services as per client requirements. All services are delivered by trained professionals following safety, quality, and hygiene standards.
Bookings can be made via phone, email, or website. Once confirmed, schedules will be communicated in advance. Clients are requested to provide accurate information and ensure accessibility for our service team.
Service fees are determined based on the specific type, duration, and scope of the requested task. A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking confirmation, while the remaining balance must be settled upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any additional tasks, modifications, or special requests not included in the original quotation may lead to revised charges, which will be clearly communicated and mutually agreed upon in advance
Cancellations must be made at least 15 working days prior to the scheduled service date. Any cancellations made within this period, or failure to provide adequate notice, will incur a 50% cancellation charge, which must be paid in full. No refunds will be issued once a booking has been confirmed. TiTAN LTD reserves the right to reschedule services in the event of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
Our team follows strict safety and care standards. However, TiTAN LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Clients must secure valuable items prior to service delivery.
All client data, property, and personal details are kept strictly confidential. We respect your privacy and ensure no misuse or sharing of information without consent.
In the event of any technical disruptions, including but not limited to website unavailability, email service interruptions, or system performance issues, clients are requested to promptly report the matter to our support team at 01894090288. All reported incidents will be addressed with priority to ensure timely and professional resolution
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. In the event of any disagreement, dispute, or claim arising from or related to the services provided by TiTAN LTD, both parties shall first seek to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be achieved amicably, the dispute shall be settled in accordance with applicable Bangladeshi legal procedures and jurisdiction.
